![]() ![]() The smaller tablets get to sensitive on large screens and the bigger ones aren't very portable. They all use the exact same pen technology but the buttons and sliders on the Intuos 3 make it too expensive for it's features). I have been using the same Wacom Intuos 1 6x8 for almost 9 years now and have and Intuos 2 4x5 and 9x12 and use cintiq's on and off.įor the money and feature trade-off, I say the 6x8 is the best (find and Intuous 2 on e-bay. It is on the Bamboo Fun, not on the regular Bamboo. The difference between this one and the Bamboo Fun is that the eraser isn't pressure sensitive. I use my tablet for everything, but I draw out things in Photoshop and Illustrator. The tablet is like an actual mini monitor. ![]() If I had the money though, I would get the Wacom Cintiq 12WX. The Bamboo Fun Small has an area of about 4圆. So when I actually got my tablet, it felt a little weird. On my mouse pad, I noticed that there was a worn out area of about one inch by one inch. If you notice, the area you actually use with your mouse is very small. If you draw with big strokes or short strokes, if you use your whole arm or just your wrist. The type of pad you use really depends on how you'll use it and what kind of artist you are. I've been using this now since Father's Day this year, and I can't stand using a mouse anymore. I was really skeptical about using it because I had heard, years ago, that the tablets do not register your movements well and that they were just simply not easy to use. I am currently using the Wacom Bamboo Fun Small tablet. Wacom Intuos3 A5, but If you got enough money.Wacom Cintiq.really awesome tablet! :D Wacom seems like the most well-known brand, but are they really the best? Does anyone use a drawing tablet that they love or highly reccommend? I'm looking to invest in my first one, but not sure about brand, size, pen, mouse included, etc.
